ADRIAN – Kenny Sherrard, age, 73, left this world in God’s hands Friday, March 2, 2012 at ProMedica Bixby Hospital.

Ken lived his life in God’s light, starting on the farm of his parents Alfred and Erma (Vogel) Sherrard with sisters, Nancy Ann and Gloria Jean. Ken ran his own lawn care business for 30 years in Adrian and came in contact with many people here in town. Ken is survived by his sister, Gloria Jean (Joseph) Pennington, Jr.; nieces and nephews, Dennis Lamb, Harold HC Lamb, Kevin S. Lamb, Joseph Pennington III, Sherri Froling, and Kelly Krueger. Ken was preceded in death by his parents, and his older sister, Nancy.

The family wishes to invite all of Ken’s friends to join the family for his funeral service on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian with Rev. I’ve known Kenny for just a short period and he was a really friendly kind of guy. He would take the time to talk to people whether or not he knew them and I thought that was awesome. Kenny, We will miss you very much here in earth, but, we’ll see you soon! Blessings to his family & friends!
